Hi. I’m Justyna.

I’m many things: a fashion expert and fashion consultant, an immigrant, a seasoned business advisor, a mother, a luxury couturier, a trusted friend. I’ve been in the industry for over 25 years, breaking through oppressive systems both professionally and politically to emerge as a leader of integrity, balancing a wise heart with a sharp and inventive mind.

Through these challenges, it’s become my mission and my passion to assist other powerful fashion entrepreneurs and small business owners to succeed. My expertise ranges from design, to product development and manufacturing. I am an alumni of one of Europe’s best Universities, The Warsaw School of Economics & Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, and most recently began coupling this with my vast industry experience to create my signature online fashion entrepreneur school: The Fashion House.

My love of the technical side of design (applied fashion logic) pairs with my deep love of creativity: I’m always looking for the most innovative solutions to problems. Years of experience developing and working with manufacturing teams in global environments has taught me grace under pressure, a true community mindset, scalability and resourcefulness. I know how to minimize development and manufacturing costs while maximizing sales.

I create humane and inclusive company structures, in manufacturing and technical teams, where mindful kindness is our key to success. As a lifelong manager and team builder, I create equal opportunities while recognizing individual strengths, providing professional training and career opportunities. As a global business woman, I am well versed in understanding cultural differences and creating bridges of understanding, cooperation & collaboration.

My background in high end couture fashion houses has instilled in me an excellence that informs my work to this day. My technical skill sets range from garment construction, pattern-making, couture techniques, to denim development. Alongside this technical excellence, I minimize fashion waste through creating nontoxic designs that utilize natural fibers through my made-to-order program, increasing overall garment qualities while also educating customers and retailers on conscious business practices.
